Teeth Whitening

Brightening smiles with store bought whiteners can be a letdown. These strips, gels, and pastes promise dramatic results, but they don’t typically live up to the hype. That’s where professional teeth whitening is different. We offer a whitening solution specifically created to meet your needs, which leads to predictable results up to ten shades brighter.

Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are thin sheaths of dental grade porcelain crafted to fit over the surface of patients’ teeth. They can conceal chips, cracks, gaps, and stains instantly with one quick, painless treatment. Patients interested in porcelain veneers should plan to visit our office two to three times. One appointment for consultation, the next for preparation, and the last for the placement of their custom crafted veneer.

Metal-Free Restoration

All-ceramic crowns, bridges, and other restorations offer our patients a durable, effective dental repair option that blends seamlessly into their natural smile line. Additionally, these metal-free restorations are the only solution recommended for patients who have metal allergies or sensitivities. The all-ceramic process is the same as creating a restoration from any other material. Patients should plan to visit our office two times. During the initial visit, we remove a small amount of dental structure to prepare the tooth to accommodate the additional structure of the restoration comfortably. Then, we take bite impressions that are used by our dental lab to craft the all-ceramic crown, bridge, inlay, or onlay. Finally, we place a temporary restoration to protect the prepared tooth. Once we receive the final restoration from our lab, patients return to exchange the temporary for their custom solution.

Direct Bonding

Patients interested in porcelain veneers to correct a number of smile flaws may also want to consider a faster, more affordable alternative – direct bonding. Cosmetic dental bonding actually utilizes the same materials and process as tooth-colored fillings, but rather than just restoring damage, we can use the composite resin filling material to conceal flaws, reshape teeth, and rejuvenate the appearance of smiles. Best of all, we can complete the process in just one appointment. Unfortunately, the resin material is not as durable as porcelain, so we don’t recommend this option for patients who want cover or recreate a larger area. If we determine that direct bonding is the right option for you, the process is simple. We’ll start by etching the surface to be renewed or concealed. This gives the composite resin something to bond with. Then, we apply the tooth-colored material in a putty-like state and shape it into position. Once the bonding is in place, we’ll use a curing light to harden the material, creating a flawless smile.
